Lasma is a psychologist, an existential psychotherapist in training, and a personal and professional development coach. She specializes in mental health topics such as stress, burnout, work-life balance, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and more. She provides individual psychological support and coaching, creating a calm, supportive space where people can explore their experiences, gain greater clarity, and navigate both personal and work-related challenges. Alongside her individual practice, Lasma has facilitated numerous workshops, training sessions, and group support initiatives for organizations. She has also developed self-development tools and resources and is a co-founder of the social enterprise “Idārto”.
Lasma holds a Master´s Degree in Psychology and Bachelor´s Degree in Entrepreneurship & Management. She has been working individually with clients since 2019 and her additional professional training includes Team Coaching, Complex Trauma-Informed Practice, and Mindfulness. Her background also spans key account management, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and teaching through the “Teach For All” network. At the core of Lama’s work is the belief that there are no universal answers to how a person should live. She aims to create a safe and accepting space where people can better understand themselves, take responsibility for their choices, and find ways to live with greater authenticity and meaning – even when life becomes difficult.
